A South American client mysteriously dies at the Metropoli Hotel in Courmayeur, leaving behind a piece of luggage filled with twenty kilos of uncut “snow” (cocaine). This unwanted finding is the worst thing that could happen to Fabrizio, the bellboy who finds and keeps the drugs. As the plot unrolls, an increasing number of locals are involved. No one of them tells the truth. Only Patrice, a middle-aged man with a controversial past now redeemed that, like an angel, offers a chance to those who deserve a better future. Inspector Mancuso will have to deal mainly with Patrice to solve the case.
